Esthétique Krystal offers you a peaceful place where you can relax in a calm, zen and warm atmosphere. You will be pampered by our various treatments and services during your stay at the salon. There is a single room for one person at a time. The rest area, is an intimate place for reading which is reserved exclusively for you. Please note: Prices may change without notice.

When booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We recognize that your time is valuable. We hope you understand that our time slot was reserved for your appointment that would otherwise been booked by another customer. Please be advised that in order to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. You will be charged 50% of each service price if you reschedule cancel your appointment, meaning we would be unable to offer the same quality of service with the amount of time left, we will ask reschedule and you will be charge 50% of the service price.

We recommend that you make your appointment arrangements in advance to better book the day that suits you. We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so that you can enjoy a moment of relaxation before starting your treatment and not feel stressed if there is a delay. We understand that unexpected situations can arise that are out of your control. We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment within the remaining time. However, should you be too late for your treatment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked services.

SKIN PRODUCTS

Skin care products may be returned for exchange of the same product if the container is defective but must be in the original packaging.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Our purchased gift certificates have no expiry date. Gift certificates given through a donation or contest may not be redeemed for cash or other compensation. Refer to individual donation or contest rules. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.

It's important to present your gift certificate or other gift card on the day of your appointment. Gift certificates can be purchased at the salon or directly online.

SERVICES

No refunds will be given for services rendered.

Tips are welcomed although that is up to customer whether a tip is given or not. Do note that gift certificates may not be used as compensation or payment for a tip.

We accept: cash, cheques, e-transfers, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), purchases online.

Since 2014, I have my certification as a Massage Technician. Unfortunately, I cannot issue receipts for insurance purposes.

You can also request your appointment directly on this website. As far as packages are concerned, we will ask you to pay with your credit card at the time of booking.

Yes, it is possible! Our gift certificates do not expire, you can exchange them now. We honor all valid gift certificates. Only gift certificates with an expiry date prior to May 1, 2013 are not exchangeable as this is the date on which the gift certificate payment policy came into effect.
